Before founding the Mekong Notary Public, Sreypeou, as one of the first batch of Notary Public Students at the Royal School of Notary Public of the Royal Academy for Judicial Professions, conducted the internship for notary public training in France (Office Notarial de SCP POUSTIS, GOBIN, VACHON, BUSSIERE-PIETTE, SCORIELS, VAN THEMSCHE & DAVID, situated in Meudon), and other related public institutions in Cambodia, and worked for various legal areas.
Sreypeou practices as attorney-at-law of CSP & Associates, and has worked on a wide variety of private legal matters for national and international clients operating business in Cambodia.
She holds a Master Degree in Private Law, University of Lumière Lyon 2, France and Master in Private Law at the Royal University of Law and Economic, Cambodia. She speaks English, French and Chinese as foreign languages.
