Before founding the Mekong Notary Public, Vichet, as one of the first batch of Notary Public Students at the Royal School of Notary Public of the Royal Academy for Judicial Professions, conducted the internship for notary public training in France (Office Notarial de Jean Michel MATHIEU et Nicolas PONS, Notaires Associés, Lyon, France) and other related public institutions in Cambodia, and worked for various legal areas. Vichet used to work as Legal Consultant for a Micro-Finance Institution, for a Law Firm, as Case Manager for the Civil Party Lead Co-Lawyers of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Court of Cambodia (ECCC) for three years and as Legal Manager for a Bank. He further teaches the students of law at the Royal University of Law and Economic (RULE) (2009-2015), at the National University of Management (2011-2013), at the University of Sihamoni Reachea since 2010.
His legal practice expertise focuses on Corporate, Banking and Finance and family-succession. He holds a Master in Private Law/Contracts Law, University of Lumière Lyon 2, France. He fluently speaks French, English as foreign languages.
