Before founding the Mekong Notary Public, Veasna, as one of the first batch of Notary Public Students at the Royal School of Notary Public of the Royal Academy for Judicial Professions, conducted the internship for notary public training in France (Office Notarial de DEJOIE et FAY, VERTOU, NANTES), and other related public institutions in Cambodia, and worked for various legal areas. Veasna practiced as Legal Advisor to One Asia Law Firm for more than 5 years. His practice focuses on Real Estate Law, Corporate and Investment Law, Banking and Finances. He had worked with foreign clients, especially with the Korean clients such as in the field of banking, Corporation, construction, real estate, NGO etc. He had worked for Korean Law Firm (YOUNG-JIN) since 2010. He had experience in legal researching with the Korean Legislation Center in 2012. He is a law lecturer at University of Cambodia. He holds a Master Degree from the Montesquieu Bordeaux IV, France. He speaks English and French as foreign languages.
